3D printing · London & Khobar

Wait, you can print that?

Noz, a cute 3D-printer-nozzle mascot, drawing a heart with filament

Yep. Custom parts, repairs, models and gifts, printed layer by layer in London, UK and Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

What you can get

  • Send a file or just a photo
  • Details confirmed before printing
  • 6 materials, PLA to ABS

What people print

If you can describe it, sketch it or photograph it, there is a good chance it can be printed. A few favourites:

Before and after: a broken grey clip and its new printed copper-orange replacement

Replacement & repair pieces

Broken? Don't bin it. Print it.

A snapped clip, a lost knob, a bracket nobody sells any more. Instead of replacing the whole thing, send a photo of the broken part and we will work out a printed replacement.

  • Photograph the broken piece, ideally next to a ruler or coin for scale.
  • Tell us what it does and where it lives (inside, outside, near heat).
  • We suggest the right material and confirm the details before printing.

For students

Crit, project or dissertation? We get it.

Scanned a QR code on a poster? Welcome. Deadlines, model-making panic and "can it be done by Friday?" are exactly what we're here for.

Architectural model with a twisted tower

Crit & architecture models

Towers, massing models, site pieces and details that are painful to cut by hand. Send your model file and scale.

Three printed gears

Prototypes & project parts

Enclosures, mounts, gears and test pieces for engineering, design and research projects. Iterate on the real thing, not a render.

Deadline help

Get in touch early and put your deadline in the project description. You will get an honest answer about whether it is doable before anything is printed.

Not sure your file is printable? Send it anyway and we will take a look.

How it works

Three steps. No jargon.

  1. 01

Send a file or a photo

Fill in the request form. Have a 3D file (STL, OBJ)? Great. Only a photo or a sketch? Also fine.

  2. 02

    We reply with the details

You get a reply with the material, colour and cost. Nothing prints until you say yes.

  3. 03

    Collect or get it delivered

Pick it up or have it delivered, in London or Khobar. That's it.

Materials, in plain English

Which plastic should I pick?

Tap what your print needs to do. Or skip it entirely: choose "Not sure" in the form and we will recommend one.

My print needs to…

PLA

The everyday default

Crisp detail, lots of colours, good value. The go-to for most things you look at rather than lean on.

Great for: models, figurines, decor, gifts, first prototypes.

Avoid: hot cars, dishwashers, direct sun.

PLA+

PLA, but tougher

Same easy finish as PLA, less brittle. A good pick when a part will be handled, dropped or clicked a lot.

Great for: clips, handles, holders, everyday objects.

Avoid: high heat, same as PLA.

PETG

Durable all-rounder

Tough with a little give, so it bends before it snaps. Copes with moisture better than PLA.

Great for: functional parts, brackets, containers, mounts.

Avoid: ultra-fine decorative detail.

TPU

Rubbery and flexible

Bends, squishes and bounces back. Think rubber, not plastic.

Great for: phone cases, grips, bumpers, seals, feet for furniture.

Avoid: anything that needs to stay rigid.

ASA

Built for outdoors

Resists UV and weather, so it does not fade or go brittle in the sun. Handles warmth well too.

Great for: garden fittings, car exterior bits, anything left outside.

Avoid: nothing much, it is just overkill for desk toys.

ABS

Strong and heat-resistant

The classic engineering plastic (it is what many household products are made of). Strong, and happy near warm things.

Great for: mechanical parts, enclosures, parts near heat.

Avoid: long outdoor sun exposure (pick ASA).
